Our Quality Management System is certified to ISO9001, and covers the manufacture of electrical looms, battery cables, Wiring Harnesses and assemblies.

Combined with our ability to supply sample submissions using PPAP methodology to automotive customers, the Company is able to provide
Wiring Harnesses & supporting documentation to customers from a
broad range of industries whilst meeting their own individual requirements.

Reflecting our commitment to developing the skills of our work force, our
process operators hold Certificate 3 in Process Manufacturing.
 
Personnel carefully monitor both vendor materials and internal manufacturing processes, and where applicable, continuity testing of the Wiring Harness can
be done using computerised cable-scanning technology.
 
Where a customer drawing is not supplied, we can produce detailed colour Wiring Harness drawings from sketch or sample Harness.
 
Based on our diversified customer and industry base our quality system is
such that any Wiring Harness testing, quality or manufacturing requirements
can be easily adapted to our current procedures.
