100” Standard Pitch Flat Ribbon Cables. Preparation of flat ribbon cables from 4-64 position, including sockets, transition & “D” types, splits folded and multiple connectors are available. All are 100% electrically tested and mega volt testing can be provided.
Single Wire Terminations. . Single and multi wire harness cables are terminated using both fully automatic and semi-automatic cutting, stripping and terminating equipment. We are also able to offer low cost semi-automatic tooling for low volume terminals with tooling manufactured in our tooling department.
Discrete Wire Harness and Cable Assemblies. Manufacturing of single and multi-wire assemblies and products incorporating raw materials of various types, including solder and crimp terminals, connector housings and all types of electrical components as required. Cable assemblies range from single assemblies to very large complex multi conductor cables used in buses and agricultural equipment.
Data cable and Military Connectors Assemblies. Data cables from single circuits to multi cored assemblies incorporating “D” Connectors, P.C.B connectors and military connectors can be manufactured from 10cm to 100m. Military style connector assemblies are a specialty at Auto Assemblies. Product testing and quality control procedures ensure our customers receive only the highest quality assemblies to suit their specific requirements.
Value Added Rework. The addition of wiring assemblies to customer components is a low cost option for our customer. Auto Assemblies can perform all modification or addition of wiring on fans, motors, heating and cooling elements. This includes the assembly of components that include cable wiring, and often incorporates the supply of installation accessories and instructions.
Product Labeling. Permanent thermal transfer labels of any type can be supplied on all assemblies incorporating bar coding, customer logos and batch coding. |
